President

Jamaul Jerido

Jamaul Jerido is a dedicated public servant and community leader committed to creating meaningful change. As President of the Rho Lambda Lambda Foundation, he champions programs that inspire academic achievement, leadership, and opportunity for youth and families.

Serving both as a Newark Firefighter and an Irvington Police Officer, Jamaul brings passion, protection, and purpose to every role he holds. Beyond his uniform, he mentors young men through the Lift As We Climb nonprofit, helping them build confidence, character, and a clear vision for their future.

With a deep commitment to service and a heart for the community, Jamaul Jerido continues to uplift others, lead by example, and leave a lasting impact everywhere he serves.

Treasurer

Magnus Acheampong-Quaye

Magnus Acheampong-Quaye is a skilled management professional and strategic connector committed to empowering others through leadership and opportunity. As Treasurer of the Rho Lambda Lambda Foundation, Magnus plays a key role in ensuring financial stewardship, resource development, and the successful execution of programs that uplift the community.

Professionally, Magnus serves as a Recruiting Director, where he identifies talented professionals and aligns them with roles that support growth, innovation, and long-term success.. Magnus also dedicates his time to strengthening community and institutional pride through Seton Hall University Alumni Engagement initiatives, helping foster connections between past and present Pirates.

Focused, service-driven, and community-minded, Magnus Acheampong-Quaye leverages his talents to build pathways, support progress, and help others reach their fullest potential.

Secretary

Chelsea Dennis

Chelsea Dennis is a dedicated professional and community leader committed to organization, service, and uplifting others. As Secretary of the Rho Lambda Lambda Foundation, Chelsea ensures smooth operations, accurate records, and effective communication that support the foundation’s mission of empowering youth and strengthening the community.

Professionally, Chelsea serves as a Train Conductor for NJ Transit, where she brings safety, precision, and reliability to every journey. Beyond her day-to-day work, she is a Trustee at Bible Temple Church and manages Kyle’s Fantastic Jewelry and Things, combining leadership, entrepreneurship, and service to make a positive impact on those around her.

Focused, organized, and community-minded, Chelsea Dennis leverages her skills and dedication to help others succeed while fostering meaningful connections across every role she serves.

Marcus Gerald

Dr. Marcus Gerald is a dedicated scientist, researcher, and community advocate committed to advancing knowledge and supporting meaningful initiatives. As a Board of Director for the Rho Lambda Lambda Foundation, Marcus provides strategic guidance and insight to help the foundation achieve its mission of empowering youth and fostering community growth.

Professionally, Marcus is a Senior Research Scientist with a Ph.D. from Drexel University, bringing expertise, innovation, and a data-driven approach to every project he undertakes. His passion for discovery is matched by his commitment to mentoring and inspiring others in both professional and community settings.

With a focus on service, leadership, and impact, Dr. Marcus Gerald helps shape programs and strategies that leave a lasting positive influence on the community and beyond.

Tracy Bowers

Tracy Bowers is a committed public servant and community leader with a focus on safety, service, and positive impact. As a Board of Director for the Rho Lambda Lambda Foundation, he provides strategic guidance and leadership to support the foundation’s mission of empowering youth and strengthening the community.

Professionally, Tracy serves as Police Captain of the Irvington Police Department, where he oversees public safety operations, implements innovative policing strategies, and fosters strong relationships between law enforcement and the community. His dedication to transparency, accountability, and community engagement has made a measurable difference in safety and trust throughout Irvington.

With a career rooted in service and a passion for uplifting others, Tracy Bowers continues to make a lasting impact both professionally and through his leadership in the community.
